2. SHOT’EM UP! (1/35)
Superb scene made by Rubén González, where he shows all his skills to convey a lot of information in a reduced space. The main tank of the story is a wonderfully painted Sherman Firefly.

24. FORD WOT3 (1/35)
Few camouflages are as attractive as the Caunter scheme is for the modellers, used by the British Forces in the first steps of the War in the Desert. Javier De Luelmo “Diesel” teaches us how to apply it in a pretty Ford lorry.

34. PANZER IV AUSF.F2 (1/72)
A model kit with such a detail cannot go unnoticed for modellers, even those who never built a Braille scale model. This is the case of Pere Pla who builds this good model kit and finishes it with an eye-catching scheme from 1942.

44. THE END (1/35)
Great vignette with a US G.I. guarding a group of German prisoners in Normandy. Excellently painted and settled, this little scene from Jordi Escarré transmits perfectly the sense of defeat between the German troops in 1944.

48. M-1117 ASV GUARDIAN (1/35)
Juan Carlos Toledo offers his interpretation of one of the most used vehicles of the United States defence forces deployed in the Middle East. The model kit has been detailed, superbly painted and placed in a small vignette to make even more attractive.

62. MODELLING LESSONS: SOLDERING PHOTO ETCHED PARTS
A big friend of this company shows us how to use this trendy technique to build and detail our model kits. Carlos Sánchez teaches us how to solder PE parts with a simple and easy manner.

————————————————————————————————————————-

Regardless the summer hot, we retake the building of the Cromwell…

- Step 16 doesn’t requires any detail up, all the pieces fits great. Before gluing the G5 piece, it’s necessary to clean the holes for the Besa mounting from flash of the resin.

- All the pieces of the turret are cleaned an ready. The fitting is wonderful.

- The turret bins are made with PE following the steps 18 and 20. We only need to add some PE bolts.

- The commander’s cupola is build with seven pieces, been three of them in resin. The resin piece wich simulate the visors (G28) is not glued, to make the painting step easier. The C10 piece requires a good cleaning to fit the G28 piece.

————————————————————————————
In this issue we are going to finish the hull construction.

- In the Step 14 of the instructions, we need to glue the pieces of the front hull: vision ports, Besa Gun, etc. All the pieces are very well detailed and they are made in plastic, resin and photoetched. The only work needed is to put eight bolts in each mudguard bracket and the wire of the indicators.

- In the Step 15, we glue the headlights. The kit gives a photoetched set with lenses, wich we’ll add after the painting process. Theay seems fantastic and very realistic. After the headlamps, we have to build the guards with the wire that the kit gives. The instructions are very clear and there is a diagram with the size of the guard. Easy job!

- After gluing the rest of pieces of the frontal, we have the hull ready.

—————————————————————————————————————————–

In this issue we are going to build up the hull’s back side.

- In the step 10 threre is no secret, every piece of the engine compartiment is well modelled and the brackets of the mudguards are made in PE. The only thing that we need to improve are the handles of the hatches. This is a laborius but easy job, we made it by using 0,4mm and 0,6mm cooper wire and good twizers and pliers. There is another point on Step 10: we need to put four bolts in every back mudguard’s bracket. We still use Mig Prductions bolts.

- Step 11 is for glue the tools of the left side. They are finely done, some of them in resin. We add a few Bronco’s Wing Nuts.

- Then we add the tools of the right side

- The steps 11 and 12 are for build the bask side components for the towing hook, the tail lights and the first aid box. All pieces are acurately reproduced in resin and PE. One of the characteristics of the Type F Hull is that the towing hook has a crossbow, ant the lights are recolated in the upper side.

- Again on step 11, we glue the pieces of the vent grill protection, explained in the step 2 of the instructions. Those pieces are very well detailed with PE.

Paso 9 terminado

——————————————————————————————————
Now we are going to complete the step 9 of the instructions, they need a bit of detailing.

- Prior to asemble the small pieces in the frontal hull, we need to add a seam between pieces A5 and B16. For this purpose we add an evergreen strip, then we soften it with liquid cement. With the point of a 0.5mm propelling pencil we mark the seam, finally, we add more liquid cement to soften it.

- The storage boxes are accurate, even so, we detail the clasps with aluminium and cooper.

- For the detailling of the hatches we only need to add a simple handle with cooper. We also need to add five Mig Production¡s bolts in echa side of the hull, between the hatch and the box.

- Ending with the step 9, we add the rest of pieces, some of them are resin pieces, with a highly accuracy. As good as the fit of them.
